🏛️ ATLAS Hoops Community Guidelines

📝 General Liability Waiver (Required)

All participants must complete the ATLAS Hoops General Liability Waiver Form and check in upon arrival.

• No waiver, no play.
• If a participant fails to complete the waiver and continues to play or becomes injured, they assume full responsibility for any injury, medical care, or legal consequences.
• No refunds will be issued for failure to comply.

By participating in any activity at ATLAS Hoops (open runs, rentals, training, camps, or physical therapy), you acknowledge the risks and voluntarily assume all responsibility for injuries or damages. You release ATLAS Hoops, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any claims related to your participation.

🛠️ Equipment & Facility Damage

Wall Damage:

• Under 1 ft x 1 ft: $100
• Over 1 ft x 1 ft: $200

Equipment Damage:

• Market-value replacement cost

🏀 Hoop Height

All hoops are non-adjustable.

🌡️ Facility Temperature & Conditions

Summer (June–September):

• Evaporative coolers lower temps by 15–25°F from outside
• Indoor temps may range from 78–88°F
• ✅ Stay hydrated — Water & Gatorade are available for purchase

Fall/Winter (October–February):

• Indoor temps range from 65–75°F
• Radiant heaters in key areas
• Dry air and static shock may occur — use a towel when touching metal

❌ Cancellations

Cancellations may be made at the sole discretion of ATLAS Hoops. If we cancel, a full refund will be issued.

📸 Branding, Promo, & Media Use

Full facility rental for photo/video/promo shoots:
💰 $1,000/hour (exclusive use; office excluded)

• Media deck
• List of production personnel
• How ATLAS will be represented

⚠️ Unauthorized commercial use or filming without approval will result in cancellation and no refund.

📚 Basketball Training Terms & Disclaimers

🔍 General Expectations

ATLAS Hoops training programs aim to improve athletic performance, fundamentals, and basketball IQ.

Results will vary depending on skill level, consistency, and effort.

No guarantees for scholarships, team placement, or performance.

⚠️ Trainer Availability & Session Structure

• Trainers may change based on scheduling, operations, or emergencies
• Small Group Training is not private training
• Shooting technique breakdowns are only provided in 1-on-1 private sessions

🏋️‍♂️ Athlete Readiness

By participating, you confirm the athlete:

• Is in good physical condition and cleared for activity
• Has no injuries or health concerns
• Understands the risks of athletic training

📝 Parental Responsibility (Ages Under 14)

Parents/legal guardians are responsible for:

• Drop-off and pick-up
• Sharing medical info before training
• Ensuring the athlete has water, proper shoes, and gear

🛑 Disciplinary Actions

We reserve the right to remove any athlete without refund for:

• Disruptive behavior
• Unsafe conduct
• Disrespect to staff or peers

💼 Independent Contractors

Some trainers operate as independent contractors.

By booking, you agree to hold ATLAS Hoops harmless for any injuries or claims related to third-party trainers.

🔁 Missed Sessions & Late Arrivals

• Sessions start and end on time
• No makeup time for late arrivals
• Missed sessions are non-refundable unless officially canceled

🧾 Payment Policy

All sessions must be paid in advance to reserve your spot.

Unpaid sessions will not be held.

🧠 Media & Photography Use

ATLAS Hoops may capture training session media for marketing or education.

By attending, you give permission to use your or your child’s likeness, unless requested otherwise in writing.
